Secondary stats are things like hobbies | Professions | Personalities and each category has several sub specific attributes like:

Each item in the above list will also play a role in the life of the citizen, you can increase your citizens happiness, health and earnings by paying attention to them. If you neglect your citizen, you will also be responsible for decreasing their happiness, success and overall wellbeing.

Mini games, social events, and lifestyle activities will play a big role in the life of your citizen and they will reward you for taking care of them.
